Shipping & Handling

All orders are shipped via USPS.  For in-stock merchandise, arrival time should be within 5 to 7 business days, though we cannot guarantee shipment by a certain date. If there are special requirements for your shipment, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

Pricing & Availability

Please note that all prices are displayed in US dollars. Our items are subject to availability and if we no longer have items in stock, we reserve the right to deny order fulfillment. If there is an item that you see on our website that you're interested in ordering that is no longer in stock in your size, let us know. If we see an increased demand for certain products, we have no problem doing reprints. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

The Sasquatch! Merchandise store does not offer returns or refunds at this time and all sales are final. Exchanges will be accommodated for items damaged in transit or fulfilled incorrectly. If you meet that criteria and need assistance swapping an incorrect or damaged item, please don't hesitate to contact us.
